I stopped taking drugs 20 years ago, including asprin andcold medication. I try to eat a raw, very low calorie diet, mostlyfruit, I run 5 miles a day, I meditate, I practice martial arts andI rarely even have a sip of alcohol or coffee. I know thatthere are herbal solutions and of course am willing to try and andall of those but I need something potent and unadulterated. with Tadalafil it is my understanding that it can bedifficult and dangerous with certain medical conditions andmedications but if you choose an herbal supplement you dont have toworry typically. I am just starting to research this avenue and Iwonder if anyone on this forum is more knowledgable than I on thesubject.

I have not yet taken the tadalafil, i just got my order inand i started to read all the comments about the drug. Any how iwill like to know if it is ok to take 1 a day while i am on myvacation and having sex or just 2 before i have sex?
